Br Matthew Clarke
Commissioning Prayer at the Final Mass
At the end of the Final Eucharist, Br Julian, lead the Commissioning Prayer:
As we set out, may the spirit of Mary live in our hearts and in our lives. R/: May the blessing of Mary’s prayerful spirit be always upon us.
May the blessing of Mary’s loving service to poor children and young people be on us. R/: And in this service may the blessing of Mary’s spirit of praise be on our lips and in our hearts.
May the blessing and intimacy of Mary’s union with Jesus be ours. R/: And in our times of prayer may the blessing of Mary’s courage and patience be upon us.
And setting out from here with Marcellin and Mary, may we go in haste to a new land! R/: Now and forever more, Amen.
